By accepting the TERMS OF SALE, the customer declares that they have read and understood the following

PURCHASE CHARACTERISTICS
By proceeding with the booking, the customer is purchasing ski or snowboard lessons that will take place in the Madesimo ski area. The lessons, based on the choices made by the customer at the time of booking, can be private or group lessons.

CONFIRMATION POLICY
To confirm the booking, it is necessary to pay the full amount at the time of confirmation.

PAYMENTS
For online bookings, we only accept payments via credit cards affiliated with major international circuits.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Lessons must be canceled by 12:00 PM the day before the lesson. Cancellations can only be made by phone by contacting the number 0343 53049, or in person at the offices in Madesimo at Via alla Fonte 4 or at the Arlecchino school field. No other method of communication for cancellation will be considered valid (email, WhatsApp, SMS). In case of cancellation within the terms and in the correct manner, the full amount will be refunded.
In serious cases (injury or illness), the full amount will still be refunded even if the communication arrives beyond the set terms (medical certificate required).

WARNINGS
The lesson will be scheduled by the office within the selected time slot, based on the actual availability of the instructors.

The duration of the lessons is 50 minutes.

In the case of consecutive hours, the lesson ends 10 minutes before the start of the next lesson.

From 01/01/2022, helmets are mandatory for all skiers under 18 years of age. Under no circumstances is the instructor authorized to start the lesson with a minor student without a helmet.

The student is always required to obtain the ski pass to use the lifts, as well as the technical equipment (skis, boots, snowboard, helmet) to be able to take the lesson. Under no circumstances is the instructor required to make up for any minutes lost by the student in obtaining the above.

The meeting point for the start of the lessons is communicated and confirmed at the time of booking. Under no circumstances is the instructor required to make up for minutes lost due to an incorrect meeting point by the customer.

Both private and group lessons are held in all weather conditions; only in case of complete closure of the lifts will they be canceled and refunded.
